Calicut Railway station in 1901



Edakkulam railway staion.
Year :1900s aprox
Edakkulam raliway station later renamed as tirunavaya at the instance of veteran freedom fighter K Kelappan. Tirurnavaya sarvodaya mela was a big event during that time. Freedom fighters from all over India used to attend it. And for their convenience too, the station was named after tirunavaya.
